Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it together with your Order ID. When we receive product, we will put back your money in the same way as you paid for your order. It is always a guarantee on the products you buy (1 year ). If you can demonstrate that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you always get new parts.Some products can not be returned, for example an individual restrung racket cannot be returned. Returning shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

- When the goods arrive to us, we check that they are unused and then we return your money (If you have paid a shipping fee to receive the items from us - we will deduct that from the money we return to you).
Complaints and return policy

Damage to the package and not picked up package
If you discover damage to the package, you should immediately notify the post office or other carrier and make a claim. Do not collect a damaged package!
