Head Gravity MP L – Maneuverable Tennis Racket with Control, Precision and Comfort

Head Gravity MP L is a maneuverable tennis racket designed for players seeking a combination of control, feel and comfort. Weighing 280 grams, with a 100 sq.in. head size and a 16x20 string pattern, the racket offers a stable and forgiving playing experience with excellent precision on both groundstrokes and volleys.

Gravity MP L is a lighter version of the popular Gravity MP and is ideal for recreational players, ambitious juniors and club players who want the characteristic feel of the Gravity series in an easier-to-swing design. Its lower weight makes the racket easier to accelerate and provides quick handling at the net and during intense rallies.

The racket comes unstrung, with stringing available as an optional extra.

Large Sweet Spot and Enhanced Ball Feel

Head Gravity MP L features a distinctive rounded head shape that creates a generous sweet spot. This construction provides greater forgiveness on off-centre hits and helps players maintain control and precision even under pressure.

The relatively dense 16x20 string pattern delivers a controlled ball trajectory and excellent feel for a versatile playing style. Combined with the racket's flexible frame construction, it creates a balanced combination of control, comfort and spin potential.

Auxetic Technology for Enhanced Feel and Responsiveness

Gravity MP L features HEAD's Auxetic technology, which adapts its response according to the force of ball impact. This construction contributes to a more direct and consistent feel, making it easier to control shot depth and placement.

Graphene Inside reinforces the frame and improves stability while efficiently transferring energy from the racket to the ball. The result is a tennis racket offering excellent control and stability despite its relatively low weight.

Technologies

• Auxetic: Innovative construction that provides improved responsiveness and ball feel at impact.

• Graphene Inside: Strategically positioned graphene reinforcement that increases frame stability and improves energy transfer.

• Sweet Zone: Rounded head shape with a larger sweet spot for improved control and greater forgiveness.

• Flex Groove: Flexible construction in the shoulder area of the frame that provides a softer and more comfortable feel at impact.

• Elliptical Beam: Elliptical frame profile that enhances flexibility and feel during ball contact.
