Wilson Blade 100 V9 300g

Wilson Blade 100 16/19 v9 300g. The launch of the V9 of Wilson's iconic racket series Blade is here.

Building on nearly 20 years of dominance, Wilson's Blade performance rackets continue to be the preferred choice for tennis players seeking ultimate control, feel, and stability. The Blade 100 V9 features a sharper, more stable response that provides more feel with each stroke. The Blade 100 weighs slightly less than the Blade 98, resulting in a more maneuverable racket and slightly larger hitting surface than the Blade 98. With a new Emerald Night matte finish, the V9 features a braided graphite + basalt frame with a DirectConnect carbon fiber handle for improved torsional stability. It also has an open string pattern of 16/19, which offers a bit more speed and spin compared to an 18/20 string pattern.

This racket is aimed at those who want a relatively easy-to-play tennis racket with maximum control and feel.

• StableFeel Enhanced feel with each ball strike
• DirectConnect A technology that has made the racket more torsionally stiff, thus giving you better feel and control. Carbon fiber has been applied all the way down into the handle to achieve this effect.
• FORTYFIVE° A technology that makes the racket more flexible but also torsionally stiff/stable - thus providing better contact with the ball.
• Parallel Drilling Provides a more consistent and forgiving string bed response. By drilling parallel holes in the racket frame, vibrations are reduced, providing a more stable hitting surface.
• Braided Graphite Braided graphite + basalt provides a unique composite construction and bending profile of the racket frame - contributing to enhanced control.

The racket comes unstrung but is available strung as an option.

• Hitting surface: 100 square inches
• Weight: 300 g
• Length: 27 inches
