This is really a garment that can be recommended for you who want something warmer to warm up in or to use the whole workout in a little cooler conditions. The shirt is absolutely not a warm garment but of course provides more warmth than a short-sleeved training shirt.
The material is made of a stretch material and with dri-FIT technology from Nike, the technology helps you dissipate moisture quickly. In addition, at least 75% of the polyester is recycled polyester.
