What should I consider when choosing tennis shoes?
We have a large selection of tennis shoes, but we have chosen not to sell the most simple shoe models on the market because we believe that
they do not keep the qualities needed to be called tennis shoes. A tennis shoe should be stable while the sole should be well cushioned, +
the shoe must be reinforced at specially selected places in order to maintain the life of your tennis shoes.
CHARACTERISTICS
Stability
Tennis shoes must be solidly built to create the best conditions for rapid and repetitive lateral movements simultaneously
as there are many stressful start and stop on the tennis court. A stable tennnis shoe also minimizes the risk of sprains and other types of
ankle injuries. Tennis shoes with stability are more durable.
Cushioning
A good cushioning gives you the comfort that you seek on the tennis court to move smoothly and seamlessly. Additionally, if you play relatively
a lot of tennis- reduce the risk of repetitive strain injury by using a tennis shoe with good cushioning. It is not only important for the legs to
have a good cushioning on your tennis shoes also your back can hurt if you cuse bad cushioning.
Fit
The fit on a tennis shoe varies from brand odel and if there are men, women or junior shoes. Overall, this is tennis shoes for men slightly wider
model than in both women's shoes and junior shoes. Do you play a lot of tennis as a junior so you can use women's shoes since the juniors tend to have narrower
feet just like ladies. Women and men's shoes have overall better damping a junior shoes, this is because a heavier body will need more cushioning and stability.
Basis
Allround Shoes is the most common use in Sweden for both outdoor games and indoor games and it works well in many cases. But if you play
regularly throughout the year, it is recommended to use a few gravel shoes and a pair of all-round shoes. Allround shoes are specially designed for harder surfaces
and evidence that can not be slide on. Often, these shoes also something more structured because you wear more shoes on a hard surface than a smooth
basis. Gravel Shoes however, is often a bit smoother and has the sole which provides extra grip on the gravel path. The helräfflade under the sole allows you to slide
the ball when you want to slide, but also you can take hold when you need to start quickly to run up, for example, a drop shot.
